Employment Practices Liability Indemnity Coverage

The enactment of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Civil Rights Act of 1991 has brought employment practices liability issues to the forefront. Three of five businesses will be sued this year by an employee or a former employee over an employment practice. Don't let this happen to you! You have the option to replace your existing basic $25,000 Employment Practices Liability defense coverage with a combined limit for defense and indemnity. Several limit options are available. EPLI is available in most states, but coverage may vary by state.
