EPL HOTLINE

In response to the increased exposure to employers from employment related claims, the Professional Protector Plan introduced an important and valuable claim prevention feature of the Employment Practices Liability coverage - a resource hotline with access to risk managers experienced in employment practices. Insured dentists receive the benefit of one hour of professional risk management consultation provided by Jackson Lewis, a national law firm that specializes in employment practices law.

H. R. WEB TRAINING

H.R Web Training is an interactive, web-based tool that will allow you to develop state of the art employment practices and procedures. This service is being offered through The AGOS Group, LLC, a nationally recognized human resources consulting and training company. The system features a menu of training and best practices tools designed to empower organizations in their efforts to properly manage their employment practices risks and help minimize incidents and litigation.
