Consent to Settle Clause - We will not settle a claim without the insured's consent.

Vicarious Liability Coverage - A must for any dentist in that they can be held liable for actions of employees, independent contractors, employed dentists and even specialists to whom they refer patients. Vicarious Liability coverage is specifically included in the PPP policy language for all these exposures.

Disciplinary and Licensure Coverage - This coverage pays the fees, costs and expenses to defend you against state regulatory action promoted by an otherwise covered injury or damage. Defense costs are covered up to your professional liability limits.

HIV Protection - With the exposure to blood born pathogens, a dental professional faces risks, which were never contemplated in years past. The PPP has responded by extending income protection in case of HIV contraction.
